Supreme Court of Pakistan continues to hear petitions of PMLN, PPP, JUIF and SCBA against Speaker's Ruling against No Confidence Vote resolution. Constitutional issues are complex, because Constitution does not allow courts to challenge or examine rulings by Speaker and court, if it wants to examine Speaker's ruling under Art.5 can't do it without examining the proceedings of National Security Committee and the Communication from Washington, what will Court do? Meanwhile regime has already changed in Pakistan, now the question is: will Imran Khan be allowed to return back into power? Is it possible without a nod from Washington?
