Trying a brushless setup in the old emaxx......also waterproofing as we want to take it out in the mud. This is the sc8wp 120amp combo with 3656 4 pole motor ( small motor) 3400kv. stock pinion....18t i think. 3s lipo. 2.4ghz control. 2 speed shifting servo removed as its not waterproof and single wp servo from the slash installed for steering ( feels a bit weak but giving it a try) Shifting rod needs securing in 1 position as it moves into a neutral spot if not.
Pleased with the setup on this brief run. I don't want to overpower the drive shafts etc so this small motor if temps stay ok might be a reasonable setup...?
into the mud and for some bashing next.....
