The interdicted Principal Accountant in the Office of the Prime Minister Geoffrey Kazinda has denied ever forging the signatures of the Permanent Secretary Pius Bigirimana.
Kazinda revealed while defending himself against charges related to forgery of Bigirimana's signature and abuse of office.
Still in court, two of the four suspected URA Hackers have been convicted and sentenced to 12 years in prison by the Anti Corruption court.
