The sixth edition of the Berlin Climate and Security Conference (BCSC) explored how to secure a climate for peace. The conference examined why climate must be integrated into peacemaking. Through taking stock of best practice examples, it advanced concrete climate security approaches and initiatives.

Global hunger is worsening humanitarian emergencies as food prices drive instability and climate change threatens the food system. This session aimed to coordinate efforts among food, climate, and security communities, focusing on best practices and aligning investments in climate resilience and food systems for peace and security benefits.
