Our Window Trim Kits are all pre-assembled and pre-finished. Each is custom made to the exact dimensions of your windows. Use our order sheet to provide us with this information for each window:
• Height
• Width
• Jamb Depth
• Wood Species
• Casing Profile
• Casing Size
• Finish
• Window Location
That’s it! We will process your order in 2-4 weeks and can deliver them right to your home or jobsite. Using WDI Window Trim Kits can allow a contractor to install 15 to 20 units per day. It can also allow the Do It Yourself (DIY) group the opportunity to easily expand there capabilities!

Measurements
The height and width is measured to the Outside Dimension of the jamb box. The depth is how wide the jamb is (how deep into the wall).
Wood Species
WDI offers a range of wood species, depending on the profile.

Casing Profiles
The choices for Casing Profiles include:
• Ranch
• Colonial
• Princeton
• K-Style
• Hook Strip
• Hook Strip MDF
Not only do we offer a wide range of profiles, we also offer the Ranch, Colonial, Princeton and Hook Strip in 2.5” width. This allows the new casing to cover the original paint lines, saving additional time, mess and money!
Finish
WDI offers 26 finish options (we’ve added to our options since we created the video), including Clear Coat, Raw and Bright White. All our finishes are done in our factory for the perfect finish every time. If you have a specific color which needs to be matched, just bring in a sample and we can do that too!
Producing the Finished Stain is a three step process
• We Hand Wipe to apply the Stain
• We run the stained pieces through our automated machines to apply the Self Sealer
• We use the same automated process to apply the Top Coat
Our Jambs are made from a moisture resistant core followed up with an oak veneer finish for longer life.
We provide pre-mitered stops. They are finished and are loose in the pre-assembled Window Trim Kit, ready to be assembled on site.
WDI is also able to do Specialty Windows. We do Round Top window as well as Radius Wall Windows which you’ll often see in custom homes.
