World's most expensive Omelette (egg taco) is called the 'Zillion Dollar Lobster Frittata' is featured on the menu at Norma's restaurant in New York's Le Parker Meridien Hotel. The main reason that this exorbitant breakfast is so costly is because it is made with lobster and and 10 ounces of sevruga caviar (which comes at the ultra-reasonable fee of $65/ounce!).
Food fans are shelling out $1,000 (£650) for the world's most expensive omelette. The lavish dish, called the Zillion Dollar Lobster Frittata, is sold at Norma's Restaurant at Le Parker Meridien Hotel, New York City. The toppings are made of lobster and 10 ounces of sevurga caviar - the highest category of the delicacy from the Caspian Sea.
