Here's a quick look at the new features in Spotlight in OS X 10.11 El Capitan. Spotlight supports natural language, it can do things like display weather results or sports scores, and the Spotlight window is now resizable.
Natural language is the best new feature, letting you search for things like "documents I worked on last week" or "emails mom sent me last month."
