NAMFISA responds to decline in retirement industry returns

The non-banking financial industry recorded a poor performance last year due to a decline in the retirement fund sub-sector.
The Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority (Namfisa) says to support the industry it will shift focus from compliance to risk based supervision to enhance their capacity as the regulator.
