The family of a young woman who was killed in a speedboat crash on the Thames is accusing her killer of 'cowardice' and 'arrogance'.
24-year-old Charlotte Brown died in 2015 when the boat she was travelling on with Jack Shepherd, capsized.
He then went on the run and was convicted of her manslaughter in his absence.
Despite handing himself in to police in Georgia - he now says he'll fight extradition.
