In this video, I document my first deep sky imaging session with a monochrome camera by slewing over and imaging the Pelican Nebula in Cygnus. I am a complete beginner to this way of astrophotography, but so far, I am loving it! Hopefully this review process will give those of you out there an insight into how to pick the right camera for you when it comes to photographing space, and what specifications to pay most attention to (even if you aren't going monochrome).
I cannot thank QHY enough for this wonderful opportunity they have given me. Without you guys, things like this wouldn’t be possible and I am so grateful for each and every one of you. If you would like to help me keep this camera in my hands, the Indiegogo link is below. We have almost reached the target! -H
