All of us Americans can learn a great deal from the people of Japan about how to behave when faced with hardship and disaster; especially those down in Louisiana during Hurricane Katrina who didn't have one iota of the strength and fortitude that these people have. The respect they have for themselves and for those around them should be an example for the rest of the world.
