This aircraft needs major mods to fly: critically the main rotor blades have no negative pitch! Easy fix, drop in some wedges off the Durafly Auto Gyro which adds -2 degrees that is required for proper head speed in flight.
Make a stronger blade holder as the plastic one will break from fatigue. We used 1mm woven carbon fibre sheet. She needs to be nose heavy big time. Use a 2200 3S to weigh it down.
