Good morning, because I received a lot of messages about exercising techniques that increase your lung capacity I’ll explain my at home work out. I mainly focus on the push-ups as seen in my last video, using the elliptical 3-4 times a week, And this one work out that I will demonstrate in this video that improves your diaphragmatic elasticity. In my opinion someone with an average physical health can dive up to 30 meters. If that’s not the case it must be due to the wrong kind of workouts or mental barriers preventing their full ability. Luckily, there is a solution I am offering lessons to increase potential. Personally I find the mind being our greatest enemy or our best asset in our will power. For the last exercise in our routine I exhale by 2 ways
1. pulling in and out the diaphragm as many times as you can
2. Exhaling and on the inhale hold your diaphragm up as many seconds as you can
This is the basic exercise for the elasticity of the diaphragm.
In conclusion, these exercises don’t have a mystery behind them. They should be simple and effective. The biggest mystery is conquering your mind to believe that you can do it.
