It's not often that a game with a premise as off the wall as Def Jam Vendetta finds critical and commercial success. It's even less likely that a sequel to said cult classic would be as good as the original, let alone better. 2004's Def Jam Fight For New York had a die hard fan base those 16 years ago, and I'm here to tell you today, we haven't gone anywhere.
