Hello & Welcome!
Some days we just don't feel happy. Some days we can feel out of sorts for no reason and that's ok. When I feel like this, I connect to nature. I connect in small ways, like going outside in my backyard and sitting in the sun. I have spoken many times about the healing nature of the sun. It is very healing for sure. I also like to get a little exercise in. For me that meant raking the rest of the leaves in the yard. I allowed myself to connect in simple ways to Mother Nature. Listening the sounds around me and the scents as well. Today the sound of the bees and the scent of Rosemary was heaven.
