1 cup (130 g) cooked white beans
½ tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1 shallot or ½ small onion
1 ½ cup (356 ml) cashew milk, or other non-dairy milk
5 tbsp nutritional yeast
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 cup (190 g) frozen packed spinach, defrosted according to package or 2 cups fresh
1 cup (168 g) jarred artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
