Aurelia Dehnhard-Muck is an exception in her line of business: she's the boss of the metal foundry MKB Metallguss in Eichstätt in southern Germany. She employs 120 people - almost all of them men. Her customers in the electrical and building industries are usually men as well. Dehnhard-Muck took the business over from her father and began the task of restructuring it. She slimmed down management,making it more effective in the process. However,her company has not gone unscathed by the global credit crisis. Our reporter Marion Hütter visited the businesswoman and watched her guide the company through the crisis.
