The second episode of ‘Cooking, au Naturel’ with @StellaArtoisUK is out now and it features Jordon Ezra King cooking up a storm after a naked yoga session hosted by British Naturism.
After all, there’s nothing better than stripping back (in this case, quite literally) and re-connecting yourself with nature. Jordon’s recipe for grilled chicken legs served with a beautiful salad of burnt courgettes, juicy summer tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion is a great example of clean, summer cooking.

Ingredients (Serves 4):
4 Mackerels
500g Self-Raising Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
250g Natural Yoghurt
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
½ Red Cabbage
1 Red Onion
2 Carrots
25g Parsley
25g Dill
1 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp Wholegrain Mustard
1 Lemon
4 Tbsp Sour Cream
