No knead Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Ingredients:
3 cups of flour
1.5 tsp salt
1tsp of yeast
2Tbsp of brown sugar
1 cup of raisins (soak if not moist)
14.5oz of water
2Tbsp Cinnamon
*We twicked it a little as we only put 14 oz of water. * It also say to use bread flour but we use all purpose flour and it turns out great.
Instructions:
Put 3 cups of flour in your bowl. Then add your salt, brown sugar,cinnamon and yeast. Mix everything real well. Pour your water and when it start to come together then add your raisins. Stir them in well and scrap the sides with a rubber spatula. Set aside in your bowl with plastic wrap for 12-18 hours. Once the 12-18 hours is up degas it and put it in your bread pans and let it rise for 1 hours covered. Once the one hour is done pre heat your oven at 400F and cook for 40 mins. Make sure to have your rack to the lower 1/3 of the oven (somewhere's between middle and bottom).
