EUBAM Libya conducted a 5-day training at the specialized training center of the General Administration for Security Operations (GASO) of the Ministry of Interior (MoI), focusing on the topic of Risk Management Framework. The training targeted officers representing various units and departments. The modules covered a range of operational and theoretical aspects related to risk management, including the establishment of a risk management system, techniques for selecting control channels, profiling activities for border crossers/passengers, goods, and means of transport, risk analysis within the investigation process of Law Enforcement Agencies, leadership and management techniques, as well as ethics and human rights in daily routine control activities.
