Eggless Vanilla Almond Tea Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
Milk - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Refined Oil - 1/3 cup
Powdered Sugar - 3/4 cup
Vanilla Essence - 1 Tsp
Flour - 1 1/4 cups
Cornflour - 2 Tbsp
Baking Powder - 1 Tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - a pinch
Sliced/ Chopped Almonds - 1/2 cup (divided)
Preheat Time & Temperature - 180 degrees celsius for 10-15 minutes
Baking Time & Temperature - 180 degrees celsius for 30 minutes or until skewer inserted in centre of the sponge comes out clean.
