British Airways Concorde was famously known for its supersonic route between London Heathrow and New Yorks JFK airport. But not many people know that her first scheduled flight was from London to Bahrain, during which passengers enjoyed a menu featuring Dom Perignon champagne, caviar and lobster canapés, and fillet steak complemented with Cuban cigars. We have sadly moved far, far away from such service.
