Start the New Year with this easy DIY.

What you need:
Toilet paper roll
Balloon
Black and gold mini pom poms
Gold, silver, and black pipe cleaners
Gold and silver sequins

In a bowl add in mini pom poms, cut pipe cleaners, and the sequins. Take the pipe cleaners and twist some of them. Now take the balloon and cut off the tip and place it over the toilet paper roll. Fill it with the party mixture and when you are ready to celebrate pull the end of the balloon and let go to see the party mix pop out!
