Calories for the two days ended up right around 2,000 calories.
Protein for the two days was around 300 grams.
I don't recommend this as a diet. Greek yogurt is a great tool to hit your macros, but the large amount of dairy was hard on the stomach and that's coming from someone who is not lactose intolerant and loves all things dairy. I hope you enjoyed this video. Like and subscribe for more content.
