Feta Fried Egg. (Viral Recipe) Let’s make quick-and-easy taste good!

🍳 Ingredients
* Feta Cheese - 1/4 cup
* Egg - 1
* Corn tortilla - 1
* Butter - 1/2 tbsp
* Avocado - 1/2
* Lime - 1/2
* Jalapeño - 1/4
* Cooking Oil - 1/2 tbsp. I prefer Avocado oil.
* (optional) spice to preference. I used fresh garlic, black pepper, salt, cumin

🔪 Directions
* Make the guacamole: I use salt, black pepper, cumin, lime, fresh garlic, and jalapeño.
* Cook the corn tortilla: Stove - Medium Heat: Add 1/4 tbsp of butter in the pan, place the corn tortilla on top. Smash down with spatula, add another 1/4 tbsp on top of the tortilla - allow to melt. Flip and smash tortilla down with spatula. When nice and golden remove tortilla and place on a plate with some paper towels to absorb the grease.
* Cook the Feta: Stove - Medium Heat: Try to spread out in a circle the same size as your tortilla. Immediately add the egg. Try to move the pan around to make sure the egg spreads out, but don’t break the yolk. Use a spatula to scrape the outside trying to form a circle. Cover the pan with a lid and reduce heat.
* Spread the guacamole on the tortilla
* Check the egg, when the top of the yolk has a light hazing it’s done. Add the feta/egg to the tortilla.
