Semi-Automatic Table Top Ropp Capping Machine

Next Packaging's Semi-Automatic Table Top Ropp Capping Machine is used to cap several plastic ropp round caps of bottles which are used generally in multiple sectors, including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, FMCG and chemical industries.

Being semi-automatic and economy model, it caters to the needs of small/medium-scale units and early age start-up efficiently, those having limited production capacities. With safe protection power and good capping head, its output quality is unmatched.
Its operation requires no technical know-how. The power switch, capping speed knob and lifting speed knob are easy to use.
After choosing the rotary cap as per the cap's size and adjustment of height, the operator has to manually place the caps onto the bottle and then the bottles need to be held for 2-3 seconds under the capping head to get them labelled. However, initially the user has to undertake trial running till you meet the desired requirements.
We could also customize this variant in accordance with the different sizes of bottles.
