The commission of inquiry into land matters has received evidence of land fraud by officials in the land registrar transferring land to various parties in a space of two minutes.
The evidence also implicates a state house official Resty Kiguli Nakayenga in a case of connivance with fraudsters to grab land belonging to the estate of Albert Mackay Kalula Mukasa, a son of Ham Mukasa, who was a one-time Buganda kingdom official of Kyaggwe
