Ever wondered if a movie could try too hard to be many things at once, ultimately failing to deliver on any of its promises? That's the case with "Hold Your Breath," a psychological horror that left me feeling like I'd just survived a dust storm instead of enjoying a film. Sure, it has its moments, such as the unsettling atmosphere and Sarah Paulson's chilling performance as Margaret. But, this movie tries to do too much without fully realizing its potential plots, resulting in a disjointed and bewildering experience.
