This chest and shoulder workout will get the blood flowing. If you are looking to put some size on your chest and shoulders this is the workout for you. As I state in the video you can do this workout about every 4-5 days. We do have two stretch phases so make sure you watch the video when i explain why. We end this epic workout with some shoulder exercise that is also a type of cardio. Let me tell you it will destroy you. Give this workout a try and let me know if you made it four rounds for the last exercise.
