High Leigh construction site - one big water run off. This has effectively created a number of channels that are pouring into Woollensbrook. The watercourse does not have capacity for this increased flood of water run off - contributing to the flooding further down in Hoddesdon. This footage taken after the worst of the rain on 25/7/21.
