Be there at 8:30 in the morning and you can enter the Mezquita for free. It's open for one hour before you would need to queue endlessly and pay the tourist price. (this deal is NOT ON SUNDAY!)
Book the climb on the tower just after you come out of the Mezquita for later in the day. It's only 2 €. Then walk around the corner to the lovely place Maddow Coffee ;-) Delicious!
Later enjoy the people in the streets in Cordoba.
