Goal Storm review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Goal Storm for Playstation 1.

Back in the early days of 3D gaming, there were plenty of new sports franchises popping up. In the football genre, there were two franchises that set themselves apart. One was the Fifa series and the other was Goal Storm which would go on to help shape into the Winning Eleven/ Pro Evolution series. The game is fairly basic with limited game modes and graphics that are clearly dated. But it has everything needed for a good football game, with strategies and plenty of national teams to choose from. It was an early 3D title but it is clear to see how it would influence sports games into the modern day.
