In this video, I decorate a two tier wedding cake with fresh flowers. The bottom tier is made up of 3 layers of 8-inch round vanilla cake. The top tier is made up of 2 layers of 4-inch round vanilla cake. I apply buttercream icing to both tiers and smooth it out. I cut 3 straws to use as support for the cakes and place them inside the bottom tier then added the top tier over the bottom tier. I smooth out the buttercream and use a round tip to pipe a border on the bottom of the top tier. I use a mix of classic gold shimmer airbrush colors in #45137 and #10340 and apply it on the cakes with a brush. Finish the cake by trimming fresh flowers and placing it on the bottom of both tiers.
