Ingredients:
STRAWBERRY SAUCE:
1 pint strawberries; Fresh or frozen
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
ICE CREAM BASE:
2 cups heavy cream; Whipped to stiff peaks
1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz cream cheese; Softened
2 tsp vanilla extract
Heavy pinch of salt
