Macaroni Recipe in Urdu
Ingredients for Boiled Macaroni:
Water 4-5 cups
Salt 1 tbsp
Elbow macaroni 3 cups
Ingredients for Cheesy Masala Macaroni:
Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Carrot cubes 1 cup
Tomato paste 1/4 cup
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Milk 2 cups
Boiled macaroni
Capsicum cubes 1 cup
Nurpur Cheddar Cheese (grated) 1 cup
Nurpur Mozzarella Cheese (grated) 1 cup
Green coriander (chopped) for garnishing
Red chili flakes for garnishing
Directions for Boiled Macaroni Preparation:
1. In a pot heat water and add salt. Bring it to a boil.
2. Add macaroni and boil until 80% done. Strain and set aside.
Directions for Cheesy Masala Macaroni Preparation:
3. In a pot heat oil and add garlic. Cook for a minute.
4. Add onion and cook until translucent.
5. Add carrots, tomato paste and cook for a minute. Add chili sauce, red chili flakes, black pepper crushed, red chili powder, salt and mix it well.
6. Add milk and cook for 2-3 mins. Add boiled macaroni, capsicum and cook for 3-4 mins.
7. Add Nurpur Cheddar & Mozzarella Cheese and cook until cheese melts.
8. Dish it out, garnish with green coriander, red chili flakes and serve.
9. Your Cheesy Masala Macaroni is ready. Serve and enjoy.
