Hollywood Bob is what they call him, ever wonder why?

Studding up some tires and doing some testing, the local Lion's club dropped by the shop and asked if we would be doing anything during their annual "Fun on the Flowage" festival.

So this is what we came up with. Why not throw some screws into the tires on the Vipers and give rides around the oval.
