Tasty minced patties with spinach puree that many will savor
Za faširke potrebno je:
500g mlevenog mesa (junećeg ili mešanog, po ukusu)
1 glavica crnog luka
1 jaje
2-3 sup. kaš. prezli
2 češnja belog luka (po ukusu)
peršunovog lista, soli, bibera po ukusu
1 sup. kaš. ulja
Za pire od spanaća potrebno je:
300g spanaća
2-3 češnja belog luka
20g putera
2 sup. kaš. brašna
oko 100ml mleka (koliko treba po ukusu)
soli i bibera po ukusu
Minced patties ingredients:
500g minced meat (beef or mixed, to taste)
1 onion
1 egg
2-3 tbsp. of bread crumbs
2 cloves of garlic (to taste)
primrose leaf, salt, pepper to taste
1 tbsp. of oil
Spinach puree ingredients:
300g spinach
2-3 cloves of garlic
20g butter
2 tbsp. of all purpose flour
around 100ml of milk (as needed)
salt and pepper to taste
