My name is Tiffany, and I'm a UX Researcher based in Long Beach, CA.
Based on some of the comments in the past few videos, how to get your feet wet into UXR seemed like a popular topic - this was certainly one of my top interests when I made my career switch into UX, so I wanted to make a video sharing my super duper personal tips that the UX books won't tell you.
