Ingredients:
* 100 grams paneer (Indian cottage cheese), cut into slice
* 1 bell pepper, sliced
* 1 onion, sliced
* Lettuce leaves
* 1 small beetroot, boiled and diced
* Cherry tomatoes, halved
* For marination:
* 2 tablespoons thick curd
* 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
* 1 teaspoon red chili powder
* 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
* 1 teaspoon coriander powder
* 1 teaspoon garam masala
* Salt to taste
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1/2 cup Green chutney (coriander-mint chutney)
* 2 tablespoons yogurt (for sauce)
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Paneer:
* In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice.
* Add paneer slice to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Grill the Paneer and Vegetables:
* Preheat the grill or grill pan.
* Grill the paneer until they are golden brown and have grill marks on both sides. Remove from heat and set aside.
* Grill the sliced bell pepper and onion until they are charred and tender. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. Assemble the Salad:
* Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving platter or individual plates.
* Scatter boiled beetroot slices, cherry tomatoes, charred bell peppers, and grilled onions over the lettuce.
* Place the grilled paneer cubes on top of the salad.
4. Prepare the Sauce:
* Mix green chutney with yogurt to create a dressing for the salad.
5. Serve:
* Drizzle the green chutney and yogurt dressing over the salad just before serving.
