The Escalade is powered by a 6.2 Liter 420 HP LS motor. The Mustang is powered by a 5.0 liter V8 which makes 435 horsepower and 400 lb feet of torque. The Escalade pulls a hole shot on the Mustang and has the Mustang until half track . However, the Mustang is quicker and edges out the Escalade in the traps.
