Ingredients :
Currynaranga/Vadukapulinaranga(Wild lemon) - 1 (750g)
Green chilli – 6-7
Kashmiri Chilli powder -3/8 cup
Turmeric powder – 1tsp
Fenugreek powder - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida powder - 2tsp
Himalayan Salt - 2 tbs
For Tadka:
Sesame oil 3/8 cup
Mustard seed 2 tsp
Asafoetida powder – 1 tsp
Fenugreek powder - pinch
Method:
Cut the curry naranga alongwith skin. I like it with skin so I don’t remove the skin.
Mix all the above ingredients and keep for 30 minutes to absorb the masala,
Then give tadka in sesame oil.
