Hello, my name is Devonte Wilson and today's video we will be talking about over speed training. This week we are addressing a different overspeed exercise. Band Assisted Jumps are one of my staples for exercises when it comes to speed development and power output. Science says, the more force you are able to absorb, the more force you can produce.
Band Assisted Vertical Jumps are Depth Drops on steroids when it comes to force absorption. The bands will shoot your body in the air and when you go to land, your body will have to absorb the momentum of your body thus causing physiological adaptation. This is an advance exercise, so please do your due diligence when doing it.
