Usually “Spaghetti Westerns” are cheerful songs, but this one has a dramatic tone.
The song, written by F. Riva, is included in the soundtrack of the film (1967). In Italy the song is titled "Dal sud verrà qualcuno" and the film: Due once di piombo (Il mio nome è Pecos). The film was so successful that it had a sequel (Pecos Cleans Up).
