An Opening Ceremony, staged on September 6 in the stunning setting of Piazza di Spagna, Rome, was unique.
Trinità dei Monti and the Barcaccia were the theatrical backdrop for the inaugural event organized by the Milan and Rome-based Little Eagles and Triggger.

Officially Opening the Games were the Italian Minister of Agriculture Francesco Lollobrigida, Councillor for Sports and Events Alessandro Onorato and President of the Italian FISR and international WORLD SKATE federation Sabatino Aracu.
