If you are a fan of gelatin textured desserts, then panna cotta is the way to go. What I love about making this is it's super easy, no baking and won't take much of your time. Try it out and surprise your fam! :)

YIELD: 3 llaneras

GRAB What you NEED:
9 tbsp white sugar (for caramel)
2 tbsp clear gelatin powder
1/2 cup water
1 can evaporated milk
3/4 cup white sugar
250ml All-purpose cream
1 tbsp vanilla
