Michelle Troconis was charged with evidence tampering for a second time on Thursday, in the case of missing California mom Jennifer Dulos. Her boyfriend, Fotis Dulos, was charged again for the same crime on Wednesday. Both Troconis and Fotis Dulos are implicated in Jennifer Dulos’ disappearance. Michelle Miller reports.
