Actively managed equity mutual funds recorded Rs 41,155.9 crore inflow during December, with 14% rise in inflow from the amount recorded in November, Association of Mutual Funds in India data showed.
Net inflows into the mutual fund industry recorded an outflow of Rs 80,354.6 crore. Debt funds lead the industry outflow as the category recorded an outflow of Rs 1.27 lakh crore in the month of December.
The industry saw inflows worth Rs 60,295 crore during the month of November. Inflows lead revival into the sectoral and thematic category with net inflows of Rs 15,331.5 core after last month's dip.
