I like to vacuum seal brisket to keep it fresh like it just came off the smoker. Brisket reheats well in a vacuumed sealed bag by putting a pot of water to boil when it comes to a boil turn the burner off and put the brisket in the water and let sit for about 5 minutes to come to a temp just warm to the touch. I'm telling you it is amazing when you vacuum seal brisket because it doesn't allow the brisket to oxidize, left over brisket is good for a lot of food ideas such as , brisket nachos, brisket tacos, etc. hope this helped you with what to do with left over brisket, happy smoking YouTube family till next video.
