LUL mass- Single biopsy with 1.1mm cryoprobe

54yr old lady
History of accidental slip and fall, sudden onset of loss of power in left leg two days after fall followed by loss of power in right leg. MRI showed D10 compressive # with mets and left lung mass.
PET was suggestive of ?Focal meningitis, FDG avid pleural based soft tissue mass LUL- 2.4x1.8cm(SUV 12.1) closely abuting the superior branch of left pulmonary artery, FDG avid Left hilar node 1x0.7cm (SUV 5.9), Multiple tiny subpleural parenchymal nodules (0.3x0.3cm), mild PLEF, vertebral lytic lesions
EBUS- TBNA- 11L- Scanty atypical cells seen
RP-EBUS from mass- single cryobiopsy with 1.1mm probe: NSCLC
