Here we see this hazardous waste landfill emergency dumping stormwater runoff into the neighboring creek.
You can see water is getting emergency dumped into the creek because it has already crested the wall of the containment pond.
If Heritage Environmental can’t contain their stormwater… can they contain their hazardous waste??
